This is a standalone, client-side utility. No service is being "provided" by the developer in the traditional sense. The application acts as a bridge between your local browser and third-party APIs (Google and HERE Maps).

The developer shall not be liable for any errors in routing, data loss, or costs incurred through the use of third-party APIs (such as HERE Maps or Google Cloud). It is your responsibility to monitor your API usage and costs.
